Murray Mallee Aged Care Group Inc.
Community Services Facility
The project brief involved the adaptive reuse of an existing residential building, transforming it into an NCC Class 5 office and general practitioner consulting facility for the Murray Mallee Aged Care Group. The design response focused on creating a practical, accessible and welcoming environment that supports both administrative operations and community-based health services.
Careful consideration was given to the building’s new function, with the layout intended to provide clear circulation, comfortable consulting areas and efficient workspaces suitable for staff, practitioners and visiting members of the public. The proposal also incorporated on-site car parking with direct access to the facility, improving convenience, safety and ease of arrival for all users.

Adam was always available to answer questions and consistently communicated clearly, both verbally and in writing, explaining complex requirements in plain, easy-to-understand terms. His knowledge and responsiveness made the process smooth and efficient.
Adam’s extensive experience with dealing with Council and Plan SA made our job that much easier.
I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone seeking design and technical expertise with a new build or upgrading a building.
